Accommodation in Samos Island

Please keep the following procedure

1.       Pick one of the recommended hotels.

2.       Download then Reservation form, complete it and sent it to the preferable hotel by your own.

3.       After you contact with the hotel and you get a confirmation please inform us by e-mail in which hotel is you staying, and how many persons you are. Also, don't forget to mention to the hotel the name of the conference.

4.       For your convenience, please send the form to the hotels until 30th of MAY.

5.       Do not forget that the conference has bus transportation only from the recommended hotels.

6.       Please do not forget on the reservation form, to complete all the information about your credit card, otherwise the reservation will not be confirmed from the hotels.
