Please keep the following procedure

1.       Pick one of the recommended hotels.

2.       Download the Reservation form, complete it and sent it to the preferable hotel by your own.

3.      After you contact with the hotel and you get a confirmation please inform us by e-mail in which hotel is you staying, and how many persons you are. Also, don't forget to mention to the hotel the name of the conference.

4.       For your convenience, please send the form to the hotels until 30th of MAY.

5.       Do not forget that transportation will be only provided between the conference venue and the recommended hotels. The buses will daily serve the route Samos Town (Vathi) - Kokkari - INEAG Conference Venue. Please note that if you choose any other hotel in the above places, you will have to go to the recommended hotels in order to get the bus. Finally, if you choose any other place (e.g Pithagoreio, Posidonion, Kervelli), you will have to rent a car or get a taxi to transfer you to the conference venue.

6.      Please do not forget on the reservation form, to complete all the information about your credit card, otherwise the reservation will not be confirmed from the hotels.
