We kindly invite you to join us at the 10th ICICTH Conference, 2012. Please find a short presentation of registration fees and registration process below. The regular registration fee includes:

  • Admission to all plenary and technical sessions and exhibition area,
  • Conference materials (Name Badge,Final Program, CD with the proceedings, conference bag, notebook, pen, etc),
  • Certificate of Attendance
  • Daily Free transport from recommended conference hotels to the conference venue and vice versa. The exact busses timetable will be announced by the end of May 2012.
  • Mid session refreshments (water, coffee, cookies) during the breaks on each day of the conference
  • Lunch on each day of the conference
  • Greek dinner with traditional greek live music

 

The Accompanying person's Standard fee includes:

  • Admission to all plenary and technical sessions and exhibition area,
  • Conference materials (Name Badge,Final Program, CD with the proceedings, conference bag, notebook, pen, etc),
  • Certificate of Attendance
  • Daily Free transport from recommended conference hotels to the conference venue and vice versa. The exact busses timetable will be announced by the end of May 2012.
  • Mid session refreshments (water, coffee, cookies) during the breaks on each day of the conference

Participation to the Lunches and the Greek diner require extra fees. For more details, please open the relative registration form

 

The Registration Fees do not include:

  • Accommodation,
  • Transport between Samos Airport and hotels
  • Any other meals
  • Pre and post conference tours
  • Insurance

 

Cancellations and Refunds

  • The submission of your registration application and its receipt by the organisers is deemed conclusive evidence of the delegate’s agreement to pay the full fees due from that moment.
  • No refunds will be made except where organisers decline registration.
  • Registration is not considered complete unless payment is received by the relevant due date.
  • Please note that we only include the papers of the registered authors to the Final Programme. 

 

Methods of payment

Wire transfer and all major credit and debit cards will be accepted for conference registration fee. For more details, please open the relative registration form

 

Please Note:

  • Students have to submit with the registration form proof of their student status.
  • Group registration applies for registration of three or more participants from the same institution or organization.
  • If you are student and presenter the same time you have to be registered under the presenters fee
  • All delegates are advised to register early and to make their own arrangements to secure visas, flight bookings and hotel accommodation.
  • A copy of the bank transfer statement must be sent with the completed registration form.
  • All receipts must state the ICICTH 2012 + Family name + First name.
  • When names of participants are NOT stated on the bank transfer, your payment cannot be linked. Consequently, your payment will be unknown to the Administration Office. Consequently the reservation will not be honoured. (Bring with you a copy of the bank receipt)
 

Selected papers of ICICTH will be considered for publication in the journal Applied Clinical Informatics (ACI)
